Service update: Graphlit is winding down. New signups are closed; existing accounts remain available during the transition.

Service update

Graphlit sunset and customer offboarding

Graphlit is winding down active product operations. New customer signups are closed, and customer offboarding is focused on access, data export, availability, security, compliance, and close-out obligations.

New customers

Closed

Graphlit is not accepting new customers or self-service signups.

Existing accounts

Available

Customers can continue to sign in while their applicable offboarding window remains open.

Data deletion

Export first

Accounts and project data are scheduled for deletion after the applicable customer offboarding window. Free customers should export before August 1, 2026.

Support focus

Offboarding

Technical work is limited to export, availability, security, compliance, bug fixes, and close-out obligations.

Customer deadlines

Free customers should export before August 1, 2026. Paid customers should follow the direct notice sent to their account; that notice controls the paid access, export, and deletion window. After the applicable customer offboarding window closes, accounts and project data are scheduled for deletion.

What this means

Access continues long enough to export

Existing customers can continue using Graphlit while their applicable offboarding window remains open. Export before the date that applies to your account. Prospective customers should not start new self-service signups; invite-only access may be used only for specific offboarding or evaluation needs.

Existing paid customers

Paid customers should follow the direct notice sent to their account. That notice controls the paid access, export, and deletion window. Limited offboarding help may include assisted export, data mapping, and neutral migration guidance.

Free customers

Free-tier customers should export before August 1, 2026. Use the Graphlit API and SDKs for self-service export of project data. Assisted export is reserved for paid customer offboarding.

Prospective customers

New customer signups are closed. If you were invited for a specific offboarding review, use the instructions you received from our team.

Export scope

Customer-owned project data

Export support is focused on data a customer spent time or money ingesting, extracting, or creating in the product.

Content

Content metadata, project IDs, names, descriptions, source URLs, dates, labels, collections, extracted markdown, text, transcripts, and downloadable source or master files where available.

Chats

Conversations, turns, messages, timestamps, linked content IDs, and available model or specification metadata.

Knowledge graph entities

Extracted people, organizations, places, events, products, software, categories, labels, and other entity records where available in the product data or export process.

Not included

Internal service artifacts are not portable exports

Embeddings and vector indexes are model-specific, chunking-specific, index-specific, and not generally portable. If you move exported content to another platform, that platform may need to re-chunk and re-embed the exported markdown, text, or source files.

Embeddings, vector indexes, ranking features, and other internal retrieval artifacts
Connector secrets, OAuth tokens, API keys, and provider credentials
Billing records, usage ledgers, support history, telemetry, and operational logs
Internal infrastructure backups or direct Azure datastore exports

Export paths

API, SDK, and limited assisted export

Graphlit projects have a self-service API and SDK export path. Existing paid customers can also request limited offboarding support.

Graphlit API and SDKs

Use the Graphlit API or SDKs to query content, conversations, and extracted entities, then write the results to your own local export format. This is the self-service path for free-tier customers.

Limited offboarding support

Existing paid customers with export or migration concerns can contact our team during their applicable customer offboarding window. Support may include assisted export, data mapping, and neutral migration guidance for another platform selected by the customer.
